Hi all, hope you are having a good time with your note 4's. Since my 3 years old venerable galaxy s2 passed away a couple of days ago I have decided to treat myself to the note 4!!

My unsual question, my girlfriend is epileptic and occasionally loses conciousness during a bad seizure, I usually use a finger O2/pulse to monitor her vitals if this happens. I am wondering if the note 4's monitoring system would work by placing and holding someone elses finger on the sensor?? So I dont have to carry the finger sensor around, thanks for any feedback

As long as you can hold a finger on the sensor, there's no reason why it wouldn't work.

It all sounds good in theory using this stuff on cell phones but i for one would not use it in a life or death situation. To my best knowledge, this stuff is pretty half baked and not accurate.

Best thing to do is try it out on yourself and her then test with real equipment so you can get a feel for what it can and can't do.
