Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Which app to use for best low-light photos?

Which app to use to get the best low-light photos from the Note 4????? G3 has OIS too at 13mp but it performs in lowlight really well..... I think the stock camera app of Note 4 isn't utilising perfectly the lowlight cam.
I reading a post here, which said using Google Camera got him better low light photos from Note 4.

I have been getting great low light pictures. It's taken a little getting used to, since I'm expecting the camera to take the picture as quickly as my old phone (and with a flash). After using it for a few days now, though, I'm starting to get the hang of it and get pretty decent shots.
