Love my Note 4 but have 1 frustration with it. Due to the power button being directly on the other side of the phone from the volume buttons I constantly change the volume or mute the phone when using the power button because I squeeze the phone to press the power button.

Anyone else have this happening? I keep trying to change the way I grip the phone when using the power button but my natural grip causes this.

I used to when I first switched to Note. I just adjusted my fingers when unlocking and now it's just muscle memory.

I'm used to it because I had the Note 2 for 2 years. You will adjust.

I seldom use the power button OR the volume buttons. I use the home button to power it on. On the case I use, I even ground off the buttons to make it really hard to accidentally press them.

No worry, as others have mentioned, you will adjust in time. It's common in such situation when you're using a new item. Occasionally I still accidently press the power button but that's no big deal for me.

I use Gravity Screen to turn the screen off when I pocket it or turn it upside down, rarely need to use the power button. Love it.
