I put my lockscreen into Swipe mode with TILE effect. I keep hearing this annoying tile sound effect everytime I swipe. Is there a way to turn this off?

Also, on another note, is there a way to change sounds of say GETTING EMAIL compared to GETTING TEXT? I don't want the same sound for text and same sound for email.

Go to the settings individually. For lock screen, sms, and email. You'll be able to choose notifications for each. U can turn the sound off or change it in the lock screen section too.

On the Note 4, Sprint, Lollipop 5.0.1, I can't find this setting anywhere. As well, when I turn off the screen, there is a sound I'd like to get rid of.

Do we really need to hear a sound effect when turning off the screen? And what purpose is served by the lockscreen wipe sound effect? If you need to silence your phone, it will actually make a sound first. Doesn't seem to be a sensible user interface.
