Okay, I know this came with my N4, N3.. Idk what the heck it is! I tried googling it, but "plastic metal needle things with Samsung" didn't yield any promising results. Lol thanks everyone!

They are replacement nibs for the S Pen and the tool is for extracting the old nib from the pen.

This is used to replace the s-pen nibs, the white ones use a more smoother glide, while the grey ones use more of a gripped rubbery feel...
