Why won't my Note 4 zoom on all websites?

note 4 wont zoom and video problems

When I am on certain websites the screeen will not let me zoom in such as google.com. However on other sites it will let me zoom. Also when I am on a webpage a video comes up the video just plays on the screen of the website and dosent take over full view of the note 4 screen. Are there settings I can change or is this standard for the note 4?

Welcome to Android Central! If it's a mobile site, you often can't zoom. If it's a desktop site, that's when you can zoom.

Videos in the browser can expand to fullscreen if you see the option there. Certain embedded videos don't give you that option--but if you're on the desktop version of the site, you should be able to zoom so that the video fills most of the screen.
