    Its a small problem actually, i bought the unlocked verizon phone but i inserted another sim card. Now a notification keeps coming: "the sim card is not from Verizon". The phone works great but i cant get rid of that notification!

    You can temporarily get rid of it (until reboot) by force closing the activation agent. Just long press on the notification and press app info, then force close. If it has a show notification box, uncheck that and see if that makes a difference after reboot, but I only know about the force closing working until reboot.

    Rooting and freezing the app that's making the notification, maybe.
