    Hello,

Just received this beauty today and getting everything set up and messing around and i came across an issue. One feature that i really like is the heart rate/SpO2 monitor partially because i work in the health industry. I really like the heart rate monitor but it wont read my finger(s). It will only read my heart rate whenever I measure my SpO2. It keeps telling me to remeasure but it reads every time im in SpO2 mode. Any suggestions?

    THanks

I had a hard time (almost impossible) getting either reading until my wife told me to just hold the phone in my hand, palm up, and let it sit there with just the weight of the phone. No extra pressure. It works every time now, once I got the position of my finger right. Hope this helps.

Mine is the exact opposite. I have yet to get it to read my SpO2. I have tried about 50 times since I had my phone with no luck.

Try not putting any pressure with your finger. Give it the lightest touch. Just make contact

Well i put the same amount of pressure as when I set it to measure my SpO2 and it reads pretty much everytime w/o any errors. Today ive noticed that it measures alot more better than yesterday BUT that is only after i walk or do some activity.

I do the exact same thing with an S5 and it reads pretty much everytime. With the N4, not so much everytime. Ive came to the conclusion that it hardly/never measures when my HR is less than 50.

I have had a hard time getting both to work reliably. The pedometer works well though.
