Just to give everyone and example of what I'm talking about with editing picture notes. You can see here that I have a receipt from IHOP. I can take the picture note and then extract and move items around and of course write on top of it. Notice I moved the prices from one side to the other and deleted portions of the text from the receipt. You can do this with any picture note with text.
I really am starting to use the smart select feature. I like that I can select multiple sets of items and have them readily available on the home screen. And I like the meta text feature of it. So it is able to pull out any of the text from whatever is selected and manipulate it in multiple ways.
I like how if some article, or anything written for that matter, writes a word you don't know the meaning of, you can highlight the word and the dictionary option pops up.. works in text messages too
Priority sender in text message area. The ease to change font size in messaging area. Just open a msg and hit the volume keys. That's Cool. Being able to use keyboard in portrait (my favorite). The spen features. Love it and use it constantly! Did many more features I never dreamed of... the list goes on
Long pressing the recent app brings out the menu setting. Discovered this when using ProPlayer which for some reason do not have a menu button on the note 4.
I just discovered s-photo that recognizes document through pictures for editing such as cropping and removing or other things. I hope it even has OCR which would be AWESOME!
So now I can also take pictures of documents and edit them if needed, priceless! It only captures the document too and ignores everything else. Damn sweet! Super excited here, can you tell?
Have you try to use the resized feature of some apps? Like calculator and calendar ... the app resized is going to be floating over your screen and you can move it wherever you want.
I get around the recent apps button lag by using the Side Key Panel (available in the Notifications Bar quick buttons area). It helps with one-handed operation, and there is no lag when you hit the Recent Apps icon. There is a similar function under Accessibility, Dexterity & Inreraction, Assistant Menu that provides more quick action icons.
I jus discovered, when u click and hold the button on s pen, then select the image at gallery, it will be tick every pic u select with . Its easy to delete a dozen of picture.
I like if you're on a task, etc and a call comes it displays at the top and you haven't lost page you were on.

I love that too, it always seems that when I'm in my calendar, a text comes in. Now I just reply real quick & go back to scheduling my appts....no more in & out of apps!

Related to that... being able to yell "Answer!" at my phone if my hands are dirty or something.
Started using the finger print scanner and really paid attention to how it works this time. After doing it properly, thr fingerprint scanner works pretty good.
Nothing but Note! A little rim, some backboard, but mostly Note!

Yeah, it isn't bad.tw as initially disappointed because it wasn't as good as Touch I.D. For some reason, I decided to give it another shot and actually followed the visual directions of it. Now it works fine.
