Do I need a battery app with the Note 4?

The Note 4 shows you the battery state without an app. If you want to save battery, turn off all radios you aren't using, keep the screen as dim as you're comfortable with, keep the screen shutoff time low (15-30 seconds). And you can use Greenify to save more power.

The phone comes with two different power saving modes. I'd use these before using a third party app. I used Juice Defender for years, but now it's useless on devices with their own native power saving settings.
