Did that too. Maybe I didn't register correctly.I went to samsung.com and created an Acct. That's it.

You need to log-in to your Samsung account on your phone. Settings -> Accounts -> Add Account.

After you log in, register your device again. Initially, my phone was auto registered when I set up my phone, didn't get a code. I re-registered from my tablet the second time and then received my code via email. So, you might try re-registering from a different device. Not sure it will make a difference, though.

The registration never generated a code for me but you can call samsung cust svc. they will place the order for you with the discount
