Can't Create Albums in Gallery on my Note 4 (pics are backup to Dropbox )

Hey everyone, I'm trying to organize my gallery & I have many of my wp's & pics all backed up to Dropbox. My issue is this: When I select the Dropbox thumbnail containing the items I want to organize, the pics display on the screen. I then select the + Folder & create a new album. BUT, as soon as I hit create, the screen with the Dropbox thumbnail &all the pics disappears & I have a screen that shows the album I just created, saying drag here (w/T arrow), & the photos on the screen to select are now the few pure installed gallery photos that came with the Note! ! Can't figure why this is happening, unless it's b/c of Drpbx. Anyway around this or any suggestions? ? I do like the Gallery app other than this issue. Suggestions, please?Thanks ACers!
