is my Tempered Glass interfering with the S Pen?

I just upgraded from Note 2 to Note 4. I cannot use the feature of pressing the button and having the air command pop up. I am wondering if the tempered glass is interfering with this. Any solutions?

It shouldn't, since it works electronically, not by pressure. (There's an additional layer on a screen that uses an S-Pen, that sends a signal to the pen and receives a signal back - kind of like an RFID device.) If there's anything metallic in the composition of the screen it could shield the signal, but if it's made for a Note, it should have been tested with the S-Pen. You could try contacting the vendor.)

I found the problem... The button for air command was turned off! Now everything is fine
