BT and your Note 4 on your PC?

So I am trying to pair my Note 4 but end up with a pairing code error. Any ideas?

And what all do you do with your BT connection to your PC?

Why you do not wnat to try the hotspot for connect? I don't think BT is the best way.

I had my Note 2 connected to my PC and I could right click on .apk files I had downloaded on my desktop and send them to my Note with 1 click. Handy

So now I have my Note 4 pared but in "Control" it says Disconnected and when I click on it I get a message saying "No Device ID is given"

Kind of stuck.
