Galaxy Note 4: Call audio drop-outs after AT&T update

I received a system software update a few weeks ago, and installed it. Ever since, I get frequent audio drop-outs on calls, particularly on calls longer than 5 minutes or so. This was not happening before the update.

Anyone else experiencing this?

No not at all. Have you called tech support they can remote in and run a diagnostic.

Its hard to call tech support if the phone call is going to potentially drop. And I have had the same problem! AT&T tried to help me by first giving me a new SIM card and it didn't work. Then AT&T insisted in sending me a new phone without the inside components and it still drops my calls. I honestly don't know what else to do.:'(
