Was watching one of many Note 4 hint videos on YouTube when I noted that the Food Mode has a color balance slider, as well as an aspect ratio choice (16:9, 4:3, 1:1), both of which are very handy.
I have 2800 K fluorescent lights in my kitchen and that color balance slider lets me tweak to the "just-right" color I need.
Occurred to me that when I have a difficult color balance situation, I might want to shoot in Food mode because of that white balance adjustment - one caveat is there is no exposure bias adjustment, which I often use to prevent highlight burnouts.
