Is it normal?

Is it normal for my screen to turn like blue-ish when viewing it at an angle? or should I get the phone replaced?

The whites on my Note 3 stay white until the angle is so sharp that I can't see the screen. But the Note 4 is a different screen. Go to the carrier's store (if your carrier doesn't have working phones on display, try Verizon or AT&T) and look at one. If the demo phone does it, ask a sales associate about it - whether they all do it. If the demo unit doesn't do it, or the associate is shocked and wants to replace the demo unit, ask your carrier to replace your phone.
