I don't know about other carriers, but my Verizon Note 4 does not get this menu after entering the *#0*0 key sequence. And if you dial it, some recording answers that I didn't stay on the line long enough to listen to.

I have ATT... might make a difference. Well...****!

That doesn't work either. I think Verizon strips a bunch of this kind of stuff out. They're not too keen on relinquishing any kind of control over the phones they sell to the buyer.

Really stupid suggestion, but your three year old didn't simply uncheck the screen rotation option in the pull down toggle settings by any chance?!

The rattle in the right corner is the the counter weight for the vibrating motor. Check out Ifixit's teardown. I do notice that my phone gets very hot in the area that the accelerometer and gyroscope are located (right next to the processor which is located by the power button). Initially I thought it was a bug, but now I'm convinced that it's a hardware problem...

Hi

I solved mine I hope this helps.

1. Wipe cache
2. Reboot
3. after reboot SWITCH the device OFF
4. Remove battery
5. Put the battery back and SWITCH ON the device

**I'm using NOTE 4** :cool:
