    Have had my note 4 since near release, and am quite happy. Looking to learn the functionality a bit better.

    Only Major issue currently is if i search gifs, or any looped image/video in google images or else where it plays for a couple seconds and then nonstop flickers. Can't find any good source of info on what may be causing this or what the issue is. Using google chrome browser on phone for internet. Please Help!!! Thanks.
