    Hi All,

So NK3 was forced upon me and immediately after the update our corporate exchange active sync email stopped pushing. We use the app called 9 Folders Email. No settings have been changed on our side, we have uninstalled and reinstalled 9 Folders Email. The only way we get our email now is by manually going into the app and refreshing it.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you

Ask the email administrator (possibly with the help of the network administrator - someone who can read Wireshark dumps - to figure out what the problem is. We'd have to have your exchange server, set up your way, with 9 Folders Email set up your way, to analyze the problem. You already have everything you need to do it (including, I hope, someone competent enough to be running your network).

It may turn out that the email app has to be modified, but at least you'll be able to tell them what has to be modified, in what way, and why.

    Hi Rukbat,

Our IT is working on it, problem is they are based in Austria so it takes a while with the time difference. First thing they suggested was changing the server address, I'll try that in a while after I free up. Our IT guys are very good so hopefully they'll figure this out.

Had to change our server address and uninstall/reinstall 9 Folders email. Working like before ****ty AT&T update.
We will NEVER buy another boot loader locked AT&T device again. From here on every one of our corporate devices will come from T-Mobile OR from Global Phones in Miami.
