So long story sort i had an upgrade for a new phone (Verizon) but only had the money after Christmas to get it. Verizon took the deal down that day for 150$ if you have an upgrade. Found that amazon was still doing the deal so i got it from them.

Now what has been going on with the phone is that i have only had it for about 2 weeks and the power button is pretty much shot...mushy and sticks. The metal around it has black spots and lines through it....the ear piece is pushed in at an angle and my wife can barley hear me when i put it on speaker. The phone has been babied never put it in my pocket never put it down a hard surface etc. Im i screwed for a replacement or can i do something about it?

it seems just using the phone has killed it within 2 weeks????

Can you post pictures?

If it's past the return period just contact your carrier's tech support they will more than likely set you up with a warranty replacement after troubleshooting. Worse case they may have you contact Samsung which isn't great because they may want you to send it to them for repairs.
