What happened to my video player??

Hey guys. This just started happening when I play videos in the past day or so. It never goes full screen on my note 4, it puts a blue bar around the video and only displays a little more than half the screen. I cannot get it to play fullscreen anymore. Is there a setting that I missing? I've attached a pic so you can look at it

It's the Multi Window

Yup, looks like Multi Window. To maximize it back to full screen, hit the white circle in the middle to bring up options then choose expand (two arrows inside a square facing away from each other).
