    First few weeks it downloads fine and i stopped some programs to free some ram dont know if that might be the cause of failed downloading errors. does anybody else experience downloading problems, mine stops downloading and resumes randomly and stops again. its the same to anything i downloaded apps and videos. Can anyone help me to fix this or does anyone knows what the cause of downloading error my galaxy note 4 i just got this no more than a month.

    Welcome to Android Central! When you talk about downloads, do you mean downloading files and installing apps? Or do you mean being able to access the web to do things like browsing?

    Don't kill apps to free up RAM--that's not how Android is optimized. Killing apps will just prompt Android to either restart that same app, or start a different one. Empty RAM is useless RAM for Android, so let it take care of that issue. Review these articles for more info:

    Go to the App Manager and make sure Download Manager hasn't been Disabled/Turned Off.

    Also try wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-14686
