Sending pictures in a text.

Is there something I'm doing wrong? when I send a picture I can only send 2 at a time. Thanks for your help

You have to take them in a lower quality to send them

This is normal for MMS. It won't allow mass picture sending all at once.

That's because of iMessage and the way Apple compresses the pictures. There are different limits since Apple uses your data instead of the MMS system.

Sending through chat apps like whatsapp you can send lots more since they use data.

This is correct. If the iPhone is sending to another iPhone it will kick in via iMessage and not use the standard MMS feature. iMessage can handle many more pictures at once. If your wife was to try and text an Android phone with a few pictures I guarantee she would receive the same error you did .

You can download Verizon messages and send up to 7 photos at a time. Pretty good app and has predictive emojis too!
