Nevermind. The update took this time and boom! System Update now shows up AND the WiFi Calling activation error is gone. Sweet!

The sprint s5 is the same way its not in the about device menu it is somewhere else under settings just can't remember where .

Same on my spring s6 edge

Same thing happening with me.Im on a sprint s6 edge and there is no update option in it.I tried updating it via kies but it says use SmartSwitch..No update option either in smartswitch.What to do?

Hello, guys help me too please..i have a samsung C9 pro, its.original, never rooted and i cant find the system update option anywhere. not even in about phone. I know it can be upgrded to noughat because my friends phone has already automatically updated. but mine isnt happening
