AC Display: What am I doing wrong?

So I bought Nova launcher. Loving more my phone now than before. But I was getting bored of my lock screen so I did research and installed ac display. I did everything it wanted me to but when I unlock my screen it still shows touch wiz type of screen lock. The only time ac display shows is when I get a notification if I don't respond to right then and there it would go back to touch wiz. So what am I doing wrong?

Did you go to menu< settings< lockscreen< and select none.

Yes what anthony said should work. I was wondering if acdisplay worked correctly on the S7edge, just so you could have a nice diplay when locked and you could see the notifications come in and interact with them as they do. I use this on my HTC one M8 and M9, it works better on the M8 because the missed calls show up but they do not on the M9. anyway off topic sorry, I had issues setting it up on my M9 and one of them is exactly what you are experiencing, so turning off lockscreen in your samsung menu should do the trick.

AcDisplay in a Galaxy S7 is a def game changer for me.
Wish to know how it works on Samsung phones. =(
