    Hi, I'm using a sprint galaxy note 4 and when I go into my account settings and go to Facebook and click on sync intervals and sync with device it's all greyed out. I've uninstalled Facebook account and reinstalled and still no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Under the same Sync settings, if you select your account, is the SYNC CALENDAR/SYNC GALLERY active?

    I saw that. But it's greyed out. Can't click on it.

    That is weird. I can only think of a couple things.

    1) Make sure that your SYNC button is set to ON.

    2) Try adding another Facebook account (or removing your current one without uninstalling the FB app). I want to see if this is account-related or if it happens with any account you add to your phone.

    Tried that and still nothing. Whenever I try to sync with your device, it'll go to next page to check the box but when I do that, it's trying to sign into Facebook and immediately backs out. I don't have any ides.

    Is the Facebook app logged in? Or is it signed out? It needs to sign in to be able to work. If it backs out it might be an issue with either Facebook connectivity or your account (I've seen it before, something wrong with certain accounts)

    Yup, if you open the Facebook app, are you actually logged in and it goes to your timeline? Or is it at the account login prompt? If it's at the prompt, it wouldn't be able to sync because it's not really logged in.

    Wow, I don't know what could be wrong then :S
    Are you using the beta version of the app? Maybe that could help since it's a different version?

    No, but I've been using 7.0.0.26.28 version every since their updates pretty much made you search for ever for most recent news feed and had no problems.
