I just got the Note 4 a few days ago, and I was surfing around. My screen suddenly turned red....like a red haze over everything. Nothing worked, and the phone was vibrating and wouldn't stop. It was the weirdest thing. Had to reboot to stop it.
I am going to take it back to exchange for a new unit since it is only a few days old. And I really don't think that sounds promising....I don't have any downloaded apps except Twitter and Pinterest, so I don't think its a rogue app.
Anyone ever heard of this? Or have an idea of what it could be?
I have terrible luck with phones, but I really like this phone and don't want to get a different type.

    Thanks,
    Jen

Yikes. That's the first I've read of that kind of issue on these forums, so hopefully it's a one-off problem.

I hope so. I have terrible luck with phones. I research and research but now my confidence is a bit shaken in my choice at the moment. I really like the Note 4, and the S Pen functionality is something I really need.
