Sprint Note 4 updating to Lollipop

My family cell phone account is with sprint and I just upgraded my son to the Note 4 yesterday. We were having problems getting the cellular data to work last night and I was told by the sprint technical rep that sprint was having an issue but it should be resolved in a few hours. We went to bed thinking we would check it in the morning. I got up to find no cell data still, so I started running through the profile, prl and system updates to see if anything would help before I send this one back. I started a system update and ends up its loading lollipop. Not sure if it will resolve the data connection issue, but just wanted to share with you that lollipop is installing right now for this Sprint Note 4.

Same here....I feel a factory reset incoming. Went through hell with my wife's S5, and I'll yell you what, if its that big a deal on my phone, I'm not afraid to flash back to 4.4

I just updated to Lollipop, and so far no issues. I like the notification panel and also notifications on the lock screen. I will play during the day and post if I find any priblems or issues.
