Touch key lights randomly light up

There are times when I'm not touching the screen or anywhere near it and the touch key lights will light up. I currently have them at 1.5 seconds. Any ideas?

Maybe because you have viber receiving messages ?

Viber isn't installed.

It used to happen even without viber have you tried to reboot your phone ?

Yup. I even did a factory reset for another issue and it's still doing it.
