Ever since I've had my Note 4 I've noticed video will jump or glitch. When panning certain ways the video will flicker as if something cant keep up. I assume it has something to do with the OIS. My friends note 4 will not do it at all. It does it in 4K and both 1080p modes. With image stabilization enabled it improves a bit but not by much. I've recorded with and without an sd, and I've tried a hard reset. All have failed to resolve the issue. Is this the the case with all Note 4s?

The link below is a video of what I've been able to purposely recreate. You will see in some moments, the slightest movement will cause it to jump. It's really annoying when trying to record video that isn't jerky at all the video will still "flicker."

Has anyone else seen this to be common in the Note 4?
