So I install the update and after its done my phone reboots about every 3 minutes. I cleared the cache partition that didn't help. In safe mode it does not reboot so I tried removing apps thinking one of the newer installs may be causing the problem didn't help. So I decided to just totally wipe it and start over. Everything worked fine no problems after re-installing everything. Then once I switch batteries the rebooting starts all over again. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this.

I'm having similar trouble with my AT&T Galaxy S4. after upgrading to lollipop my phone keeps on rebooting randomly. does a factory reset helps to solve this issue? the issue I have with factory reset is that I have earlier encrypted my device (due to my work applications requirement) and now I cannot actually see option to decrypt my phone or my SD card.
I'm not sure if after doing factory reset I'll be able to use my SD card or not?
