It's frustrating. I just switched from a G3 on Sprint which had Lollipop, and I really liked the update. Better phone now...just need the software to catch up.

I know how you feel. I am on metro pcs with an unlocked t-mobile note 4. Metro got the update yesterday but I am still waiting on TMobiles since my phone came from them

really crazy how I got the 5.0 update for my att note 3 but my girlfriends brand new tmobile note 4 is still on 4.4.4
