Since lollipop update has anyone else has clarity issues while I'll the phone? On my end the clarity is not good as there sounds like there is static and callers complain that my voice is "garbled" no one has ever complained since my phone updated overnight. Will a factory reset help the issue?

Are you Verizon? If so, have you activated the Advanced calling?

It only works if the other person you are talking to also has Verizon and advanced calling.

Does verizon advanced calling use up my capped 4g data?

I am in the process of making my Note 4 self aware.

No. It only uses data for the video portion of you are doing an Advance Calling Video call. Audio doesn't count against your cap in either a basic voice call or in a video call.

Yes, but the call needs to be initiated on 4G and then it will automatically be handed off to your WiFi network. (Got that from the Verizon site.)

You can also do 6 way calls on advanced calling. This will revolutionize phone s*x. LOL
