Just got it this morning (woke up this morning to the notification that it was downloaded already)... and other then a small hiccup with Google Play Services (it kept asking for authorization during the install but wouldn't complete the install for a few minutes)... it finally worked it way through and finally updated fully with no other problems so far. Only application that required an update after the Lollipop upgrade (it optimized 177 applications) was Facebook, but that was probably a normal update.
