    I have a Galaxy Note 4 that has recently been updated to the jellybean. Every time I try to get on an app or anything it force closes more than once before I can get it to work. the happens with my contacts, Google Chrome, and various other apps. What can I do to fix this without a reset to my phone?

    What was the version of OS ICS or older? Without doing a reset you may want to try clear the partition cache. This will not cause data or app loss. Now it you do a factory reset this will cause data and app loss.

    Agree with the suggestion to wipe the cache partition. Steps are here: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-14686

    The Note 4 never had Jellybean. Was released with Kitkat.

    What carrier are you on? Might it have updated to Lollipop?
