If it's not showing when the screen is off is not a dead pixel, and definitely some form of scratch or contamination inside the glass.

Hello and thanks for ur answer..firstly is it a dead pixel always a WHITE dot on the screen? Or doesnt matter if its white or not? I turn off the screen(not the phone) and is still there this dot, is like a liquid bubble inside the glass !! i also run the *#0*# on dialog keypad and check red blue colors and the transparent/silver bubble dot still there..here is a photo with screen of(not phone off).

    If your phone under warranty
Yes they can either fix it or replace your phone.
I'm sure it's dust or screen scratch it's not dead pixel

They need to replace the glass if it's an impurity there, or may have to replace the phone if the insulation is faulty (thus, allowing dust to go into the screen). Unless there's water damage or obvious signs of tampering, they should be able to replace the device if it's under warranty.

Note that for dead pixels (a white or single-colored or mismatched color pixel) companies do have a policy, which is stated in your warranty card, and might not replace a screen if it's a single pixel or unless it's a cluster of X dead pixels (depends on the manufacturer).
