Ever since I got the Lollipop upgrade, my battery life has suffered significantly. On a typical day, (unplug at 7A, plug in at 11P), I used to finish with about ~30%. Now, I'm lucky if I get to ~15%. On heavy use (lots of texting typically), I cannot make it through the day without recharging or swapping batteries.

I did a couple of cache wipes and phone restarts but that didn't help. Decided to do a factory reset. I think that may have made it worse but if anything, it stayed the same. Has anyone else done a factory reset and not noticed any change to battery issues? I did mine via the "Backup and Reset" under phone options. Should I have done it via the bootloader?

Don't want to downgrade as I do like the phone's speed on Lollipop as well as a couple of other handy improvements. I'll see how it goes for a couple of days without doing daily cache wipes and resets.

You checked for any background applications that are eating up your battery?

Also can you upload battery stats after a day?
