Android 5.0 Lollipop*or kitkat 4.4.4

My phone is Note 4 , i just wanna know how i can download the latest version of android Lollipop.
What's your opinion I want to know what is the best version.

I don't know where you are but in the US Verizon is using version 5.0.1 and there is no option for any other version for the Verizon Note 4 unless you root and flash a custom ROM. I could be wrong as I have been wrong before but I am sure I will be corrected if I am.
