Secueity Issues. Download an application Prompt

Hi, I bought Samsung note 4 a month ago. I am having some issues since last week one of the most frequent issues when ever I am browsing my phone or using any app. all of the sudden a Google play page pops up prompting to download Candy crush app. I tried to close it or press the back button but nothing happens. in fact this page is not visible in current active applications. Any Suggestions

Welcome to Android Central! One of your other apps that you installed probably has adware. CleanMaster or anything by Cheetah Mobile are common offenders--do you have any of those apps installed?

I am not sure if I had any of these. But now I have uninstalled the recent applications. But I am not sure if this will work.
