I have lots of photos in Gallery on my Note 4, which I want to get rid of.
When I view my photos and tap on them, a message says that they are Unsupported Files, and I cannot delete them.
I went into My Files, and cannot find these photo files anywhere, either in the Phone Storage or in the SD Card.
    One additional note here:
These are photos that I took with my last phone, a Samsung Galaxy S5. The ATT&T rep transferred these files to my new Samsung Note 4. The files weren't Unsupported on the S5, so I assume that they may have become corrupted when transferred to the new phone.
Any suggestions where they might be, and how can I undue this Unsupported Files issue, so I can delete them?

Just got off On Line Samsung Tech Support, my phone was syncing with my Google Account. That's why I couldn't find the photos on my Note 4. Simply deleted my Google Account, then re-installed it. No more Unsupported File issue. Great Tech Support, I did the survey at the end, Im impressed with their support.
