My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 connection to my laptop is not stable, how can I make it better?

My samsung Galaxy Note 4 connection to my laptop is not stable

my phone's folder gone every 3 second as if i keep re-plugged my phone.
- the phone connect with others laptop no problem
- Other devices such as external hard-disk / thumb drives can connect to my laptop no problem as well.

my phone: samsung galaxy note 4, android lollipop
my laptop: lenovo ideapad s410p, with windows 7 home premium service pack 1
please help
