Hey guys! How are you all doing!? OK I have a question. Ever since the update, it made my phone not even more faster but decreased in performance in some ways. I don't know if anyone have noticed that. I was wondering, since I disliked how this system work if you restart your phone, then when your phone is turned back on, in the background running, the apps/games are still there in the running. I was wondering if there's a way to remove that way "still running in the background" feature? I believed I may have asked this before but I don't remember. so please, if anyone have a solution to this. I even tried and factory HARD reset to wipe out everything. I just did this today but so far I've seen it's doing just fine. But if anyone has similar issues, please comment below! thank you!

Having apps remain in RAM is normal for Android--see these articles:

Try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition to see if that improves your performance: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-14686
