I know I can root and run fsck, but I want to be able to get my phones internal memory fixed after I restore these files. How can I recover corrupted files from a Note4 without rooting?

It depends on what's corrupted. Some corruption can be fixed, some can't be. Most of the time, though, the ROM has to be rooted. (And fsck will only fix filesystem corruption, not the wrong bytes in an individual file.)

As for getting "my phones internal memory fixed", do you mean the hardware? If the corruption is due to bad hardware, there's no way to fix the image, because what you see is what's there. You have to replace the motherboard (which means that ALL the things you've installed - accounts, apps, pictures, etc., will be gone). Almost no one works at the chip level today - all repairs are at the board level (if that - sometimes they just replace the phone and yours becomes electronic salvage).

You're going to be backing up EVERYTHING important from now on, aren't you?
