    i plugged in my phone to my Mac and all of a sudden all my videos got deleted . Ive tried ES file explorer and did the "Show" Hidden files and nothing comes up! Im extremely frustrated I've tried all kind of things and it wont work! Someone please help me.. Im using a Galaxy Note 4

    Have you tried usuing a file recovyer software for Android phones to get them back?

    This happened to me and when I did a cloud backup my videos magically reappeared. It takes a while as video takes longer to upload. Pick a cloud server...I use Google's photo app, and do a cloud back up where you have good, trusted Wi-Fi connection and see if they show up after a few hours.
    I wonder if it is just taking a while for those videos to transfer/upload to pc and that is why they aren't showing up quickly.
