    I am desperate! My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 wont read my fingerprint and since I always use this I forget my password.
    Now I cannot use my phone. I am locked out.
    I have removed my sim card and battery but it did not reset my phone.
    It accepts calls.
    I have restarted it and shut the power off and nothing is working!
    Please help!
