hello help me please when I had opened my phone I broken this part, I cant use my sim card it looks in note 4 but I cant use it

It's the SIM card port. If it's broken you have to unsolder the old one and solder in a new one. If you're not comfortable soldering to tiny PC boards, bring it to a shop (or you'll end up replacing the whole motherboard).
