Lately, whenever I swipe down on my phone to open the notification window, I've been getting a pop up that tells me I need to enable Accessibility Services. My problem is 2 fold:

    1. I already have that setting enabled.

    2. The accessibility screen shows the setting as off, but when I go into that setting it's toggled on.

    Nova Prime, AT&T, 5.0.1

This happened to me today. Toggle it on, then back out, then toggle it off and then on again. Worked for me.

This happened to me also. I simply restarted the phone and it works as it should. By the way, it'll do this whenever I enable/disable UPSM. True indeed, we shouldn't have to do so but it is what it is.

For one, instead of starting from way on the top of the screen then swiping down to access the Notification panel, you can simply do so from practically anywhere on the screen.

This is what I had to do.

This I've tried and for some reason with my setup that does not do it. Hence me doing a restart. Of course as with all things, Your Methods May Vary accordingly.

    That fixed it. Thanks.

I've seen the same pop-up for accessibility service on my phone (Nova Prime user) form time to time and have never investigated it until now. I found when I go to the page that lets me turn the feature on (I don't even know what it does to be honest), the screen would not accept my touch on OK, but it would accept my touch on cancel.

As with other things Android, if you have a screen filter active, it can make some buttons unresponsive. I use LUX. I've found that I have to disable LUX in order for all buttons to work. The same was true here. Once I disabled LUX, I was able to touch the OK button and now have accessibility services enabled. Whatever that means. And then I re-enabled LUX.

So if anyone else is running into issues and the screen won't respond to the OK button, this may also be your problem.

I was wondering what this was, didn't know I could simply swipe down from anywhere to access the notification tray - sweet.
