Ultra saving mode: if I use my Note 4 every time, will it be useful or damage my battery?

ultra saving mode: if i use my note 4 every time will it be useful or damge ma bettry

If i use ultra sving mode all the time like 24 hrs while using my cell when its on 100 percent i use it till it gets empty is there any damges to bettry etc? Or it will give me more time to spend with my cell phone thanks in advance

There won't be any negative effects to the battery as for as hardware is concerned by using it all the time. You will have problems with using certain features such as location, but that can be easily fixed by enabling those features individually or by momentarily turning off Ultra Power Saving Mode. It's more of an inconvenience, but if it's worth the extra battery use then there's nothing to worry about.
