My Samsung Galaxy Note 4 paired up with my 2012 VW Routan just fine. But I cannot get the uconnect to download my contacts. I tried copying my contacts to the sim card but that didn't work either.

Welcome to Android Central! Did it work before, but then stopped working (like after updating to Lollipop)? Or has it just never worked?

Open your Contacts app, tap Menu>Contacts to Display. Instead of selecting All Contacts, select Customize, and then select all contact groups you'd like to display (which could be all of them anyway). I found that I had to do this when connecting a Nexus 5 running Lollipop to a 2008 BMW.

Thanks for the info only problem is I don't have any of the options in my contacts app you mentioned. We never had this problem with our Blackberry it only appeared after we upgraded to the Galaxy.

Oh sorry, I'm not too familiar with Samsung's interface. Are there any options anywhere in the Contacts app to select which groups are displayed?
